The staff are courteous and affable. The place has great location in the heart of town. And it's nestled in an amazing building next to various restaurants, shops, and beach, pretty much everything, very convenient location and the center of Boca Grande.

My room included a refrigerator, a coffee maker and a seating area. The beds with feather pillows were comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and amicable too.

The owner, Bev, was a great host and made us feel welcome. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops and restaurants in the charming village. Despite the small drawbacks, we would definitely recommend this hotel. I highly recommend staying at Palmetto Inn for a delightful experience in Boca Grande.
